John D’Angelo is deeply connected to the Boston area. Born and raised in Medford, I graduated from Medford High and later went on to become an engineer. As a current resident of Medford, I have been involved in real estate for almost twenty years buying, renovating and renting properties in the area and now, as a licensed real estate agent, I’m enjoying helping clients and new friends find the perfect property for their needs. Whether for a new, growing family or for a seasoned investor looking for another rental or that next flip, my goal is to help you navigate the difficulties and stresses of a home sale and make it an enjoyable experience.
On a personal note, I attribute my success not only to my passion for homes, but to a lifetime of experience in real estate and home renovations. My intimate knowledge of the surrounding Greater Boston area, my experience as a landlord, and my understanding of the psychology behind the art of negotiating a great deal is what I bring to the table for my clients. My greatest strength, though, is in my knowledge of home construction and how to identify potential problems in a home, such as major structural issues, outdated wiring and mechanical systems, water in basements, and the general, overall quality of a property, to name a few. It helps to weed out such properties -- before you make an offer -- so you can move on to ones that will work for you.
When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking, traveling, restoring old houses, and spending time with family and friends. Ask me about my newest hobby – restoring vintage Vespa scooters!
